Oxford's Faculty of Medieval and Modern Languages will be holding an in-person Graduate for all prospective MSt and MPhil applicants on Tuesday 3rd November from 1.15-4.30pm.
The event will take place in the Taylor Institution.
The session will provide applicants with information about the courses on offer, the application process and funding opportunities. There will be talks from Faculty staff as well as an opportunity to have informal conversations with course leaders and current students about the Medieval and Modern Languages taught graduate degrees. There will be also be tours of the Taylor Library and a graduate college.
The Faculty, with its sub-faculties of French, German, Italian, Modern Greek, Portuguese, Slavonic and Spanish, has academics and students who cover an extraordinary range of languages, places, periods and specialisms. We offer a variety of taught Master's courses (one-year MSt and two-year MPhil), including a core Medieval and Modern Languages course and bespoke courses in Slavonic, Yiddish, Creative Translation, and Histories and Cultures of Colonisation (new for 2027-28).
