Open Day for prospective Undergraduate students applying to study Russian and other Slavonic languages will take place on Saturday, March 3rd, 2018.
Most students attending will be in Year 12, but we welcome equally students from Year 11 who are finalising their sixth-form subject choices and looking ahead to higher study, as well as all others with an interest in applying (e.g. post-qualification, mature students).
Visiting will give you an opportunity to see one of the affiliated Colleges (University College, colloquially known as Univ) for yourself, as well as meet current students and staff, from undergraduates to senior academics. The word of welcome will be given by Professor Polly Jones and Professor Julie Curtis.
Apart from Russian, we offer studies of Czech (with Slovak), Polish, as well as options to explore Bulgarian/Macedonian, Croatian/Serbian, Slovak, and Ukrainian.
Please, note that you must register and book a place to attend an Undergraduate Open Day. To register and view the full programme of the Open Day, follow this link: http://www.mod-langs.ox.ac.uk/schools/meet-us.
